For example “In 2016, I will lose 30lbs by cutting out junk food, and starches. I will weigh in every week to ensure I am on track of losing 2.5lbs each month” or “In 2016, I will increase my savings by 10% each month. I will do this by eating out only once a week instead of five times a week
